General Manager - Finance Control & Accounting Overview :

The GM Accounts & Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing accounting, treasury, compliance, and financial controls across multiple SPVs and group entities. The role requires strong domain expertise in infrastructure accounting, related party compliance, fund management, and consolidation, coupled with sound leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Financial Control & Accounting

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations across multiple SPVs and group entities under the IPP platform.
• Oversee maintenance of books of accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to Ind AS and applicable accounting standards.
• Manage fixed assets register, gross block capitalization, depreciation accounting, and project cost capitalization.
• Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors to ensure timely closure of audits and compliance with all audit recommendations.
• Review project-level and consolidated financial statements, trial balances, and monthly MIS.
