Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for clients in the Civil Engineering domain.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in our database.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
• Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering.
