Hanta Worldwide is looking for a Junior Performance Marketer skilled in running Meta Lead Generation Campaigns .

If you know how to turn ad budgets into real leads using Meta tools — this role is for you. You’ll work on live campaigns for top brands across real estate, healthcare, and D2C sectors while learning data-driven growth frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation campaigns
• Test ad creatives, audience segments, and placements to drive better CPL
• Analyze performance reports and optimize for conversions
• Use Meta Ads Manager , Events Manager , and Business Suite for end-to-end execution
• Maintain performance dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets
• Collaborate with design and strategy teams for ad creatives and landing pages
