Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support people operations , including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Manage and update the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) regularly.
- Help maintain and implement HR policies in line with company standards.
- Support day-to-day HR administration tasks, including attendance, leave management, and documentation.
- Assist with facility management and coordinate office-related needs.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements :
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Eagerness to learn and take initiative.Prior internship experience in HR is a plus, but not mandatory.What You Will Gain :
