Business Development Executive
with around
3 years of experience in the jewellery industry (B2B sales)
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and build relationships with
retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
in the jewellery sector.
Develop and execute
sales strategies
to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
Present and promote Limelight’s products, highlighting their
unique value proposition and market potential
Identify, pitch, and onboard Franchise and SIS (Shop-in-Shop)
partners to expand the brand’s retail footprint.
Negotiate and close
B2B sales and partnership agreements
ensuring mutually profitable terms.
Represent Limelight at
trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
to strengthen industry presence.
Requirements :
Graduate in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of B2B jewellery sales experience
Proven success in
franchise development or SIS acquisition
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of
jewellery products, trends, and retail dynamics
Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions
