Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter based in the Pune / Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with hiring managers to define recruitment goals, creating job postings, evaluating candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will play a key role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to drive organizational growth and technological excellence.
About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage and drive end-to-end hiring for IT positions across multiple technology domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding high-quality technical talent while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, existing clients, and external vendors to ensure timely and successful hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle IT recruitment including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, coordinating technical assessments, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, skill expectations, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with existing clients to understand their resource needs and ensure timely closure of permanent and contract positions.
- Work with vendors / staffing partners to fulfill contract staffing requirements and track progress until closure.
- Use sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, referrals, and networking to build strong IT pipelines.
- Recruit for multiple technical roles, including Development, DevOps, Cloud, QA, Automation, Security, Data Engineering, and Infrastructure.
- Maintain clear and continuous communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Structure and negotiate offers aligned with company compensation standards and budgets.
- Maintain and present recruitment dashboards, hiring reports, and analytics to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, documentation standards, and employment regulations.
- Support employer branding and early-career / campus hiring initiatives when required.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment / technical hiring.Experience hiring for multiple technology stacks and levels.Strong understanding of IT job roles, skills, and market trends.Experience in client coordination for requirement gathering and feedback management.Experience in vendor coordination for contract role fulfillment.Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms (job portals, social hiring, and ATS is preferred).Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise or Fortune 500 clients is an advantage.Prior exposure to global hiring (US / UK / ME) is a plus.Ability to handle volume-based hiring in a fast-paced environment.What Success Looks Like
