Job descriptionManage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, demos, negotiation, closure, and after-sales account management. Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with potential clients to drive business growth. Generate leads via multiple channels : outbound calls, referrals, partnerships, vendors, and events. Deliver impactful product / service demonstrations to prospects. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, business hubs, and industry stakeholders. Ensure smooth post-sales client management, upselling opportunities, and long-term engagement. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures in CRM. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly revenue and growth targets.
Experience & Qualifications :
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in lead generation and cold calling.
- Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in prospecting, pitching, and deal closure.
- Strong track record of handling the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
- Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital solution sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage post-sales account relationships to ensure client retention and growth.
- Familiarity with digital products and the software development lifecycle is an advantage.
