This role will be responsible for assisting our General Manager - Global Sales,
- Servicing our international sales reps / customers.
- Coordinate with the factory & retail merchandising team.
- Review documentation generated by shipping department & ensure timely shipments.
- Generate new sales leads / prospects and after-sales processes.

Salary Package : 8 Lakhs per annum (Compensation can vary according to the skill set of the candidate)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive International Sales Back-End to support our global sales operations. This role focuses on sales coordination, documentation, logistics support, and after-sales service to ensure seamless business transactions with international clients & Team.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate with international clients, regional managers, and internal departments to support the complete Business Development & sales cycle.Prepare and manage export documentation such as Quotation Sheet, Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and LC documentation etc.Track and update shipment status and communicate proactively with clients regarding delivery schedules.Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and reports.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.Assist in order processing, from quotation to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.Coordinate with the finance team for payment follow-up, invoice reconciliation, and LC compliance.Support the sales team with product catalogs, presentations, and samples as needed.Key Requirements :
MBA / bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, Commerce, or related field.5+ years of experience in international sales support, or backend operations.Knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping practices, and export regulations.Proficiency in MS Office, proficiency in Excel, and CRM tools, Should have experience of working in ERP Software's.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages French / Spanish are a plus)Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
