CTC :

₹50,000–₹60,000 per month

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Senior Merchant

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

product sourcing, pricing, negotiation, vendor management, and costing

— with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the end-to-end merchandising process for consumer products.

Develop cost-effective sourcing strategies while maintaining product quality and timelines.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors and suppliers.

Analyze market trends, product pricing, and competitor activities to optimize margins.

Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Maintain and build strong vendor relationships for long-term business partnerships.

Monitor sales performance and inventory levels to plan future buys effectively.

Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards across all categories.

Requirements :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Merchandising, Business, or related field.

Minimum 6–8 years

of experience in merchandising or sourcing (consumer products / lifestyle / home / FMCG preferred).

Strong

pricing and negotiation skills .

Excellent

communication, analytical, and coordination abilities .

Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines simultaneously.

Proficient in MS Excel and data-driven decision-making.
