Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to lead architectural design and project management for interior and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both architectural design and project execution, with a focus on creating innovative and client-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead architectural design and project management for interior and construction projects from conceptualization to completion.
• Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and requirements.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD 2D and 3D software.
• Utilize 3D software, including SketchUp, to generate visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs of design concepts.
• Prepare and present compelling design presentations and materials for client meetings and project pitches.
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite for seamless project documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Enhance and manipulate design visuals using Adobe Photoshop to create high-quality presentations.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure effective project execution and timely delivery.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture, interior design, and construction.
• Develop creative and sustainable design solutions to meet client objectives, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.
