🎯𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻?

We are looking for a right-brained 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match clients needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

💡𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 :

• Strong Design skills using 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗖𝗔𝗗, 𝗦𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵𝘂𝗽, 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁, 𝟯𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼, 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and keep them within budgets and timelines.
• Skills in drafting architectural plans and high-quality Detailing.
• Must have strong skills in 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴.
• Coordination with customers at design and construction stage.
• Make on-site visits.
• Ensure all works are carried out as per the design.
• You should have strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
• Expertise in layout color, lighting, materials selection.
• Need to have knowledge about 𝗠𝗘𝗣 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻.
• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
• Take the brief to identify clients needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals

🧠𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹) :

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 :

1. Proven working experience as an Architect

2. Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills

3. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

4. Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽, 𝗦𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗨𝗽, 𝟯𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝗩𝗜𝗭 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗿)

5. Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions

6. Visual awareness and an eye for detail

7. Communication and project management skills.
