Role Description

• The TDI Engineering Platforms and Practice group own the governance standards for SDLC across the entire firm. Our tools and platforms are used by every single development team. Our mission is to provide a frictionless software delivery experience whilst safeguarding the integrity of the software supply chain. That means we both define governance and tooling to make it easy for teams to demonstrate compliance to those standards. We are excited to be embarking on a journey of transformation, providing a new governance landscape for our customers.
• You will work as part of a cross-functional agile delivery team. You will bring an innovative approach to software development, focusing on using the latest technologies and practices, as part of a relentless focus on business value. You will be someone who sees engineering as team activity, with a predisposition to open code, open discussion and creating a supportive, collaborative environment. You will be ready to contribute to all stages of software delivery, from initial analysis right through to production support.
