Job descriptionHands-on technical experience delivering Mainframe solutions using technologies including COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL, and STORED PROCEDURES. Excellent programming and debugging skills. Good working knowledge of Relational Databases. Nice to have an understanding of CICS Web Services and DB2 Stored Procedures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within Technology, Business, and Operations. Capability to approach problems as challenges and deal with them constructively while promoting this approach to other team members.
