Description
We are looking for a 3rd Line / Software Maintenance Engineer with expertise in Mainframe technology. The candidate will be responsible for handling the maintenance and support of the Mainframe application, specifically CICS - Customer Information Control System on IBM Mainframe and COBOL. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential for this role.

- Maintaining and supporting the Mainframe application for Insurance Application
- Resolving any issues related to the application
- Developing functionality
- Performing troubleshooting and bug fixing
- Ensuring the application is running smoothly and meeting business requirements
- Collaborating with the trading team to understand their needs and provide necessary support
- Working on enhancements and improvements to the application
