Job Description :
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be a key leader in designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure.
You will be responsible for defining best practices, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers.
This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, a passion for automation, and a proactive approach to system reliability and performance.
You will act as the senior technical point of contact, bridging the gap between development teams and the CTO to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and architect the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google, Azure.
- Define and enforce best practices for CI / CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release management.
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and security.
- Oversee and optimize our container orchestration platforms.
- Develop and maintain complex automation scripts and tools using Python, Shell and host them internally.
- Manage and enhance our monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like AWS Cloudwatch, Jenkins
- Lead the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure infrastructure needs are met and to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Work closely with teams to ensure compliances are followed.
Required Skills & Experience
6-10+ years of professional experience in a DevOps or SRE role, with a strong focus on AWS cloud environments.Proficiency with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.Demonstrated experience with containerization and orchestration, specifically Docker.Proven experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform.Deep understanding of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, ECS, Lambda, Site to Site VPNs, and IAM.Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go for automation and tool development.Demonstrated experience with monitoring and logging tools.Security mindset to manage and maintain an incrementally built simple systemExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered systems.Qualifications :
B.Tech / B.E / M. / M.Tech (Computer Science) or equivalent
