We're urgently looking for a Principal Sales Analyst (has to be based Bangalore) a strategic role focused on driving sales performance through data analysis, strategic planning & operational improvements. This individual (with his team) works closely with Business Heads + Sales leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, optimize sales processes and ensure the sales team is equipped to achieve its goals. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales data, developing sales strategies, forecasting revenue, and implementing initiatives to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
In essence he / she acts as a strategic partner to the sales organization, using data and analytical skills to drive revenue growth, improve sales efficiency, and optimize overall sales performance. This role (critical for our success) reports directly to the Founder / CEO & provides insights for executive-level decision making including optimization of our go-to-market strategy, business planning, and demand generation / pipeline analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
Evaluate ongoing business performance against growth targets to support daily operations. Define, design, and interpret key performance metrics to deliver insights and recommendations. He / She should know how to analyze data & report order pipeline, bookings, forecasting, sales productivity and goal attainment.(executive-level reporting as also exception reporting), Drive continuous improvement and transformation. enable data-driven decision-making and build systems that scales with the organization. Be hands-on with a business as well as technical mindset; thriving in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
