Order Management Engineer / Specialist is responsible for managing the entire order lifecycle, from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. This includes order entry, order tracking, Export document management, and communication with customers and internal teams
Key Responsibilities :
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage order status, including tracking and updating orders in the system
- Coordinate with Procurement team to ensure adequate material availability and stock levels
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or issues
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, Production, and quality
- Manage the Export documentation and clearances.
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies or issues if any
- Maintain accurate records and reports of order activity
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, having 2-5 years of experience in order management, customer service, or related fieldStrong attention to detail and organizational skills-Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesProficiency in order management software and systems (e.g., ERP)Nice to Have :
