Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, located in Ranchi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, understanding their real estate needs, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The Salesperson will also handle client inquiries, provide regular updates on property listings, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience through effective communication and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, especially in real estate
• Negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Ranchi and Bhubaneswar
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software
• Proactive and customer-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
