We are looking for a Leads Generation Executive with proven experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads . The role involves creating, managing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns to drive high-quality leads and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) focused on lead generation.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
- Implement effective targeting strategies to reach relevant audiences.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to enhance ad creatives and messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns through Meta Ads Manager .Strong knowledge of targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization techniques .Experience with lead generation campaigns and understanding of performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS).Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.Skills Required
