Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Home Automation Service Engineer to join our team in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of wired and wireless home automation systems including sensors, dimmers, cameras, biometric devices, and related products. The role requires on-field service support and a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain wired and wireless home automation systems (lighting, dimmers, sensors, smart switches, etc.).
• Handle installation and servicing of security systems including CCTV cameras, access control, and biometric devices.
• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automation systems.
• Provide on-site technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the technical team for system upgrades and integrations.
• Maintain service logs, reports, and ensure timely completion of field assignments.
• Travel across client sites within Coimbatore and nearby areas.
