Job description3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital publication, media house, or content-driven brand Proven experience creating editorial visuals such as article thumbnails, infographics, social media posts, or story banners. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software. Strong storytelling sense - ability to visualize complex topics in a clear and appealing way. A portfolio that highlights content-related design work Ability to manage multiple design requests under tight deadlines. This is a full-time remote role. You’ll be working closely with the content team and reporting to the Editor in Chief Working days : 5 days a week, with rotating weekends (updated every 3 months) Timings : 10 AM to 7PM IST Pay range : 4 LPA - 8 LPA

What you will be doing :
- Design featured images, infographics, and visuals that enhance our news and feature articles.
- Create graphics, banners, and posters for social media platforms (X, Instagram, , etc.).
- Work closely with journalists, editors, and the content team to translate stories and data into visuals that are engaging and easy to understand.
- Adapt graphics for multiple formats (web, mobile, social).
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.
