Role Overview :

We are seeking a Data Scientist with hands-on AI and ML experience to join our growing tech team. You will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions across finance, audio / video intelligence, natural language processing, and geospatial analytics. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable AI models, deploying real-time AI pipelines, and solving high-impact business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain AI / ML models for financial risk prediction, repayment behavior, and fraud detection.
• Develop AI solutions for audio / video analytics, including speech-to-text, emotion detection, and automated document / video verification.
• Implement generative AI and LLM pipelines for hybrid AI applications, such as customer support, document summarization, or predictive insights.
• Apply geospatial AI techniques to optimize customer targeting, field operations, and market analysis.
• Deploy and manage AI models using MLOps best practices with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Monitor, retrain, and optimize models with performance metrics, observability tools, and automated feedback loops.
• Write robust, maintainable code in Python, Go, and Java to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
