✨ Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage inbound and outbound interactions with customers, channel partners, architects, and interior designers. The role demands outstanding communication skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle premium clientele.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries
• Provide accurate information across product categories : Laminates, Veneers, Flooring, Doors, Plywood & Chipboards
• Resolve complaints, service requests, and product queries within defined timelines
• Maintain detailed CRM records and documentation
• Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads from marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and digital inquiries
• Schedule appointments for the sales team & conduct periodic follow-ups for conversion
• Upsell / cross-sell complementary products where relevant
• Collect feedback and relay insights to internal teams for improvement
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and relationship-building

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

🔹 Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (preferably handling premium / high-value products)

🔹 Graduate in any discipline

🔹 Experience in building materials / interior décor industry preferred

🔹 Familiarity with CRM & MS Excel is an added advantage

💡 Skills Required

⭐ Excellent verbal & written communication in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage)

⭐ Strong interpersonal & objection-handling skills

⭐ Multitasking, time management & organizational skills
