Publicis Sapient is looking for Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join a rock-star team of Data-Engineering, Business Intelligence and Data-Science professionals. You will use your problem-solving skills in conceptualizing, designing and developing Business Intelligence solutions catering to the needs of Leadership team within the organization. You will have the opportunity to frequently collaborate with top leadership of the company and develop solutions which can transform the ways of working.

• Key Responsibility statement :  Develop and manage issues / workstreams of increasing complexity, scope and process
• Outcomes-based statement :  Provide guidance to colleagues and junior consultants on issues / workstreams of increasing complexity, scope and process to conceive and deliver digital business transformation
• Lead the requirement gathering sessions to understand the pain-points of the customers
• Develop workstreams of increasing complexity and scope to help the consumers find the right information at the right time
• Develop solutions which help the business uncover insights which can guide them in effective decision-making process
• Help in developing standard data-management practices around storage, cataloguing, retrieval and retention
• Incorporating predictive and prescriptive elements in solutioning which can help business in understanding potential outcomes and drawing specific recommendations

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience :  Thorough understanding of working with Agile delivery methods like Scrum and Kanban
