Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in field sales, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Expertise in CASA accounts management and the ability to effectively leverage opportunities within the banking sector.
  • Prior experience in the BFSI industry, showcasing familiarity with financial products and customer relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG sector and its dynamics, including market trends and consumer behaviour.
  • Demonstrated success in loan sales, with an ability to assess client needs and offer suitable financial solutions.
  • Experience in life insurance sales, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
  • Effective credit card sales techniques, coupled with the ability to identify potential customers and deliver tailored offers.
  • Team player with exceptional communication skills, capable of working collaboratively to achieve organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the branchs sales targets and enhance profitability.
  • Lead generation and business growth by converting the organization's leads for business.
  • Visit potential customers for new business and grow existing and developing new accounts.
  • Maintain an accurate database with target, current, and future customers.
  • Meet monthly business targets through effective sales strategies and client interactions.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to foster a positive work environment and ensure target delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to uphold high standards of business conduct.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage daily operational activities and resources efficiently to optimize branch performance.
