The Role :
Working directly with the founders, you will be in charge of the critical early-to-mid stages of the high-value customer journey, from lead qualification and strategic sales support to customer success. This role is a direct pipeline to a full-time, compensated career in high-ticket B2C sales and business development.

Deal Enablement & Sales Support
Subject Matter Expertise : Become a property expert. Prepare customized property portfolios and detailed, data-driven presentations for high-value clients.
Pitch Preparation : Directly assist the founders with financial analysis, deal summaries, and pitch decks required for high-stakes client meetings and negotiations.
Coordination : Coordinate site visits, virtual tours, and follow-up calls.

Required Skills & Experience :
Experience : Open to exceptional fresh graduates with relevant academic / internship experience, OR candidates with 2+ years of experience in sales, client relationship management, finance, or business development.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Executive Communication : Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building skills. You must be comfortable and confident speaking to sophisticated, high-net-worth clients over the phone.
Sales Mindset : A resilient, goal-oriented, and target-driven approach to sales. You are motivated by measurable results.
Organizational Prowess : Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple high-value leads and complex follow-up schedules simultaneously.
Tech Literacy : Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Sheets / Excel) and a working understanding of CRM tools.
