Responsible for driving growth, expanding services, and building strategic partnerships for the Fertility Business. Developing new business opportunities, forging relationships with doctors and refer all hospitals, and managing budgets and teams to ensure financial performance and patient satisfaction
Business / Financial / Operations
Financial Oversight : Managing all aspects of P&L, from preparing and monitoring the annual operating budget to analyzing financial performance and ensuring all goals are met.
Business Growth : Developing and executing comprehensive strategies to increase sales, grow the customer base, and identify profitable new market segments and opportunities. Explore International opportunities to grow the business.
Strategic Initiatives : Leading corporate sales initiatives, referral marketing initiatives, generating new leads, and promoting IVF concepts to healthcare professionals. Evaluate the financial viability and ROI of proposed business development projects.
Marketing & Branding : Collaborating with branding teams on innovative and effective marketing campaigns to enhance the hospital’s brand and services in the community.
Compliance : Ensuring adherence to all legal, environmental, and social standards with key stakeholders. ROI : Analyze return on investment for initiatives taken
Key Result Areas / Roles & Responsibilities
Primary : Financial analysis with thorough reviews of revenue streams and target achievements. Complete ownership of the Fertility businesses.
Secondary : Marketing and Business Development.

Job specification
Minimum Qualifications - MBA Marketing / MBA Hospital management / Hospital administration with at least 15yrs of experience handling independent healthcare business units with P&L responsibility
Technical Qualifications - Proficiency in data analytics tools to analyse healthcare trends, customer behaviors, and marketing campaign effectiveness. Excellent written and communication skills. Good coaching / mentoring and presentation skills.
