- Connect with the member for API integration.
- Hand hold in the development and connectivity.
- Manage the LINC relationship managers of the member for any issue related to APIs.
- Plays a key part in delivering good customer experience during the integration.
- Enhance process capabilities through friction free onboarding and servicing experience.
- Enhance the team capability to deliver more of the repeated work.
- Think innovatively to reduce the TAT for on-boarding.
Qualifications and Skills
Graduate in BE / MBA from a reputed college / university6-8 years of extensive experience of managing a team of + team members.Excellent verbal and written English communication.Excellent client handling skills.Excellent stakeholder managementGood in Vendor managementEssential Competencies
