Roles & Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with SMEs to understand create packages as need from grass root seed materials (course programs, text, ppts)
• Work closely with SMEs to identify and drive the new or existing module improvements.
• Apply instructional Design and adult learning principles needed to create the packages, such as Story Boards, Graphics Design, Use of visuals, Narration, Zoom engagement tools.
• Apply design criteria to module development and design modules appropriately to achieve learning objectives through Survey and test questions or assessments.
• Develop and review storyboards and drive improvement to existing training packages.
• Developing objectives, rewriting and reshaping content, developing visual storyboards and developing assessments
• Respond to SME requests for module improvements and creation.
• Coordinate with Content SMEs to ensure Content Design and Implementation process moves seamlessly.
