About the Role

Candidate Profile :

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in creating content as an instructional designer
  • Experience in eLearning development tools : PPT, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate
  • Experience in video developments tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Animate
  • Knowledge of big data platforms and ML techniques, a plus
  • Experience in gamification, experiential learning, VR, a plus

Background

Client’s team creates data training for any organization wide employee who needs to understand data products. Whether they work in Hadoop, use a BI platform, or want to understand the data they’re seeing on a dashboard, this training should meet most of those needs. In short, translating complex data into easy to digest content is the objective of this team.

Key Responsibilities

  • eLearning Design / Development : Designing and developing eLearning training for data consumers (internal employees).
  • Video development : Create short demo videos on data training.
