Interior Design Unit Submissions
Customer Sign-off’s
Revenue Generation

Deliverables – As per Below :

Deliver minimum of 40nos. of Customer Sign-offs in a year for eDesign.

Deliver minimum of 12nos. of Personalized Customer Sign-offs in a year.

Achieving monthly target of 4nos. of customer signoffs.

Metrics / KPIs : As per Below :

Achieving the interior design delivery goals for each month within 90 days for each customer.

Achieving interior design revenue

Achieving customer happiness score of 90% and above for ID journey.

Ensuring that the billing to customers is accurately captured.
