Job descriptionServe as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating business needs into technical deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Product, Security, Infrastructure, Vendors). Manage third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring delivery as per agreements. Understand system architectures, APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and security standards. Evaluate technical feasibility and provide recommendations for tools, platforms, and solutions. Identify technical risks and ensure proactive mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to organizational standards, IT governance, and compliance frameworks. Oversee quality assurance, performance testing, and security validations. Maintain project documentation, including design specs, test plans, and operational guides. Implement and manage Agile / Scrum or hybrid methodologies for efficient delivery. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and project reviews. Drive continuous improvements in project delivery, team productivity, and reporting. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years managing technical / software development projects. Strong technical background (application development, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise solutions). Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level IT projects (ERP, SaaS, Cloud migrations, Integrations, or similar). Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and familiarity with Waterfall when required. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc. Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, APIs, and cloud platforms Certifications preferred : PMP Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making ability. Ability to balance technical detail with business priorities. Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

This role requires a leader who can work across multiple teams, manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and drive execution in dynamic environments.
