We’re Hiring | Hotel Manager / General Manager – Boutique Hotel, Srinagar A new 40-key boutique hotel in the heart of Srinagar is opening soon — blending local craft, warm Kashmiri hospitality, and modern design into a serene retreat for discerning travellers. We’re seeking a Hotel Manager / General Manager to lead the pre-opening and operations with passion, ownership, and an eye for detail.

Position : Hotel Manager / General Manager

Location : Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir

Experience : 8–12 years in boutique / luxury hotels or resorts ️ Joining : November–December 2025 Key Responsibilities Lead the pre-opening phase – team hiring, SOP development, and brand alignment Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, service culture, and profitability Drive F&B innovation , partnerships, and local experience integration Oversee budgets, sales strategy, and owner reporting Build and mentor a motivated, guest-focused team We’re Looking For Hands-on leadership with emotional intelligence and operational excellence Deep understanding of boutique / lifestyle hospitality Ability to balance business acumen with warmth and guest engagement Strong F&B knowledge and a community-building mindset
