The Role : The candidate is to hold a bachelor's degree OR Diploma in Interior design, proficient in Design application, 2D (AUTOCAD) & 3D (SKETCH UP, PHOTOSHOP & LUMION) WITH BOQ.

• Candidates are expected to possess excellent Design compatibility skills
• She / he is responsible for producing high-quality project detailed design drawings & detailed working drawings and deliverables in FF&E, BOQs and construction documents.
• The Designer to work on any / all phases of development, including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and 3D modelling in SketchUp & Lumion.
• Consistently bring fresh value to add ideas to the team that are projected appropriately.
• Well-versed in quantifying Bill of Quantities, both detailed & single-line BOQ
