Role : Project Manager (Interior Design)

Job description :
The successful candidate will be the critical link between the client, the design team, and the on-site execution team. This role requires a blend of excellent project management skills, financial acumen, client relationship management, and a strong understanding of the interior design process to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities :
1. Project Management & Execution :
- Planning & Scheduling : Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, for all interior design projects.
- Site Supervision : Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordination : Effectively coordinate between interior designers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Problem Resolution : Proactively identify potential risks, delays, or issues and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.
2. Business & Financial Management :
Budget Management : Oversee project budgets, track expenses, manage vendor invoices, and ensure financial goals are met.Procurement : Manage the sourcing, negotiation, and timely procurement of all materials, furniture, and fixtures (FF&E).Contract Management : Review and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.3. Client & Stakeholder Relations :
Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular, clear, and professional project updates on progress, budget, and any changes.Expectation Management : Ensure client expectations are clearly understood and align with project scope and deliverables.Handover : Oversee the final project handover and ensure client satisfaction.Requirements :
Experience : Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Project Management, ideally within the Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction industry.A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.Working knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and basic design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.Apply Now!
