Job Title : International BPO Executive

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients through outbound sales calls and emails to promote our solar systems and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications :

1 to 6 years of experience in BPO sales, preferably in the international market.

Strong knowledge of solar systems and their benefits.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work setting.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
