Head of Compensation & Benefits - India & APAC (12-16 yrs)
Location : Pune / Chennai compensation and benefits strategy for India & APAC, aligning total rewards with business goals, talent strategy, and compliance. Ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and cost efficiency while delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement total rewards strategy (pay, benefits, recognition, well-being).
- Drive job architecture, market benchmarking, and pay scales for equity and competitiveness.
- Manage annual compensation cycles, incentive plans, and equity programs.
- Oversee benefits design, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and global policies.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for offer guidance and market insights.
- Provide analytics, dashboards, and insights for leadership decisions.
- Lead regional C&B team and collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll.
- Manage change during M&A and drive communication on rewards programs.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in pay Master's degree or certifications (CIPD, CCP / CBP, SHRM-SCP preferred).
- 10+ years in C&B, 5+ years in leadership across India & APAC.
- Expertise in compensation design, benchmarking, compliance, and analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with equity programs and global systems a plus.
- Competencies : Strategic thinking, leadership, analytical decision-making, compliance, change management, communication.
- Scope : India, Singapore, Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, New Zealand, Indonesia, Philippines, and nearby markets.
