Job descriptionBachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline. 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Expert-level proficiency in Figma (use of components, design systems, prototyping, collaboration). Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator etc.). Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and composition. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in designing emailers or working on email marketing campaigns Familiarity with basic HTML / CSS for email design implementation. Exposure to UI / UX design principles or collaboration with digital product teams. Good experience with Branding usage and implementation Experience in a fast-paced marketing or tech environment.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong creative skills and hands-on experience in Figma to lead the design of engaging visuals across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of design systems, and the ability to translate brand strategy into impactful visual stories. Experience in designing emailers and digital marketing creatives will be considered a strong advantage.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize and design high-quality visuals for web, social media, marketing campaigns, and branding projects.
- Create, manage, and maintain design systems and reusable components in Figma.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Design responsive and visually appealing emailers that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Ensure consistency of design language across all materials and touchpoints.
- If needed should be able to provide mentorship and creative direction to junior designers.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in visual communication.
