Job Summary :

Invecto is seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer with deep expertise in Cisco and Aruba network solutions, including the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex Layer 3 enterprise network architectures.

The ideal candidate will lead critical escalations, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of large-scale network environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and troubleshoot complex Layer 3 network infrastructures using Cisco and Aruba solutions.
• Deploy and manage Cisco routers and switches, as well as Aruba switches, ensuring high network availability and performance.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain Aruba wireless components (APs, controllers, security policies).
• Handle escalations, perform root cause analysis, and lead resolution of critical network incidents.
• Manage and support enterprise-level routing and switching technologies : VLANs, STP, HSRP, OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
• Conduct network performance tuning, capacity planning, and proactive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with security and system teams to implement network security best practices (802.1x, RADIUS, ACLs, segmentation, etc.
• Engage with vendors for hardware / software support, upgrades, and new technology rollouts.
• Maintain clear and updated network documentation, SOPs, and configuration records.
• Utilize monitoring tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, Aruba Airwave / Central for visibility and alerting.
• Apply QoS, NAT, DHCP, DNS configurations as required for seamless operations.
• Participate in audits, DR drills, and security assessments.
