Job description

Accounts Receivable Specialists utilize data analytics and financial systems to process payments efficiently. They resolve discrepancies and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to customers regarding payment arrangements
  • Communicate with audiences regarding charges, payments, credits, or balances
  • Monitor payment schedules when notified of changed orders
  • Respond to customer and field requests for payment methods

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Billing is highly desirable
  • Prior knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and basic math skills are essential
  • College experience in accounting or business administration is preferred
  • At least 3 years of account management or payment processing experience is required
