We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Professional to support our Corporate team in Madrid.
- This role involves managing administrative and accounting tasks of subsidiaries across LATAM and UAE, ensuring consistency in processes.
- Collaborate with the Corporate team to collect and validate financial information from subsidiaries.
- Coordinate international administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and intercompany reconciliations.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for :
Reviewing reports and controlling expenses.Registering customer and supplier invoices in the accounting system.Conducting bank and account reconciliations.Supporting in the preparation of periodic taxes.Collaborating in the preparation of periodic reports.Tracking payments and collections.Supporting in monthly and annual accounting closings.Additional responsibilities include :
Digital file management.Registration and control of administrative documentation.Supporting in registration procedures with suppliers, customers, banks, and official bodies.Key requirements for this role include :
Accounting knowledge : Familiarity with basic accounting principles and the ability to apply them in practice.Excel : Intermediate level.Management of accounting software : Experience with QuickBooks or similar systems.Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is considered an asset.Ability to work remotely from India, adapted to the Madrid time zone.
