About the Role :

Position : Lead Python Automation

Experience : 8 - 13 Years

Location : Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 1) - WFO

Synopsis :

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer 4 (Automation Engineer) with 8+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks to streamline software testing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and automation strategies.
Design and implement automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
Develop, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks using industry-standard tools.
Troubleshoot issues to ensure accurate test results.
Stay updated with automation trends and best practices.
As an SDE 4 , lead and support the team in driving automation initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

8+ years of automation experience with strong Python , unit testing , API integration , and third-party libraries.

Strong knowledge of Linux Systems , particularly in Networking

Hands-on experience with Automation Testing , including Framework Architecture

Experience in Backend Performance Testing with a focus on Automation Architecture

Knowledge of shell scripting , networking , troubleshooting , and Selenium WebDriver .

Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

On-site work is mandatory ; WFH only in exceptional cases.
