Job descriptionEnsure proper site architecture, internal linking, URL optimization, and schema markup. Manage technical SEO aspects including site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and indexing. Conduct regular site audits and coordinate with developers for fixes and enhancements. Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority. Build relationships with publishers, bloggers, and industry websites for high-quality backlinks. Monitor off-page performance and address toxic / broken links. Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.). Measure ROI and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly. Work closely with content, social media, and paid marketing teams to ensure an integrated approach. Provide SEO guidelines for new content development and digital campaigns. Conduct training and awareness sessions for internal teams on SEO best practices. Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Proficiency in SEO tools : Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt to algorithm changes and deliver consistent results Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field Certification in SEO / Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, SEMrush Academy) preferred Candidates willing to travel to Worli & Work from Office should only apply
