Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automation Test Lead with 8+ years of experience in software testing, particularly in leading automation testing efforts for complex enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in test automation frameworks, hands-on scripting experience, and team leadership.

As an Automation Test Lead, you will be responsible for driving the design, implementation, and execution of automation test strategies to ensure software quality and continuous delivery.

You will work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Test Automation Strategy & Frameworks :

• Define, design, and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks (UI / API / Database).
• Select appropriate tools and technologies for automation based on the application architecture.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, Cucumber, Postman, Rest Assured, etc.
• Maintain and improve CI / CD integration with automation suites (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, Azure DevOps).
