Job Description

Minimum1 years' experience of customer service in an internation BPO. Ability to assimilate customer-first, empathetic and empowering cultural tone. Strong English proficiency required to analyze customer core concerns and provide tailored solutions. Ability to type grammatically correct sentences in English at 40 words per minute. Capable of handling up to two customer inquiries at once
