About the Role We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer, a craft-driven IC with the ability to own projects end-to-end and set a high benchmark for design quality. You’ll work across campaigns, product launches, digital assets, and brand systems, translating complex banking tech stories into bold, memorable visuals.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on strong design principles, stays curious and updated on trends and tools, and has a builder’s mindset — bringing structure, clarity, and storytelling to every project.

Responsibilities

• Own visual design projects across campaigns, growth marketing, product launches, digital assets, and brand identity.
• Build and maintain design systems, illustration libraries, and templates that scale creative output without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with product, content, marketing, and growth teams to bring abstract ideas to life through strong visual storytelling.
• Explore new tools and workflows (AI, motion, 3D) to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Act as a custodian of Zeta’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Present creative work confidently, articulating rationale and advocating for design excellence.
