Key Responsibilities :
- Handle daily branch operations such as cash transactions, account processing, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist in resolving customer queries and issues promptly
- Support the Branch Manager and Deputy Manager in operational tasks
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed
- Identify and report operational risks or discrepancies
- Coordinate with other teams for smooth service delivery
