CRM Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of total software development experience in writing code in one or more programming languages like Java or Go or Python etc.
• At least 3+ years of experience working with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM preferred; Salesforce, HubSpot, or others a plus).
• Experience writing backend application logic using Node.js and / or Go, especially for integrations and automation. If no experience, willing to learn and work.
• Track record of architecting end-to-end CRM solutions across multiple departments.
• Deep understanding of CRM data models, custom objects, and reporting frameworks.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a strong business acumen.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of projects from conception to execution.
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and data sync tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, custom middleware).
