Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Collection Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Area Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection process, managing collection teams, developing and implementing collection strategies, and ensuring targets are met. The role includes monitoring account portfolios, resolving issues with delinquent accounts, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing collection processes and teams
• Strong knowledge of collection strategies and techniques
• Ability to analyze account portfolios and resolve delinquent accounts
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and detailed documentation
• Relevant experience in the finance or banking industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Hyderabad
