Project Manager, Sister City Best Practices (Global) [09 / 10 / 2025]

Role Summary

You will own day‑to‑day delivery of the Sister City Best Practices Exchange, coordinating cities, sponsors, experts, and internal KN teams to achieve measurable adoption, impact, and revenue targets. This is a hands‑on, outcomes‑driven role with global stakeholders and fast operational tempo.

Core Responsibilities

Program Delivery : Orchestrate city pairings, MoU execution, City Labs, pilot sprints, and Summit workstreams; maintain master plan, RAID log, and KPI dashboard.

Stakeholder Management : Serve as primary point‑of‑contact for 10–15 cities and assigned sponsors; run fortnightly syncs; capture decisions and action items.

Content & Repository : Drive production of case studies, playbooks, policy templates, and benchmark scorecards with Policy / Research and Comms teams.

Budget & Contracts : Track revenue / costs by workstream; manage SOWs / POs; ensure invoicing and collections on schedule.

Quality & Compliance : Enforce ethics / privacy reviews, accessibility checks, and brand / neutrality guidelines.

Events Execution : Own session grids, hosted‑buyer matchmaking, and VIP logistics for the Annual Summit and roadshows.

Data & Reporting : Maintain city readiness data, pilot outcomes, and sponsor benefits delivered; report weekly to leadership.

Tooling & Processes : Administer project tools (Zoho / CRM,); improve runbooks and templates.

Qualifications

3–5 years in program / project management for public sector, smart city, civic tech, or enterprise partnerships.

Proven delivery of multi‑stakeholder programs (government + corporate + nonprofit).

Experience with events, curriculum / training, or consulting sprints is a plus.

Excellent written / oral communication; executive‑ready briefings; vendor and contract management.

Comfort with data dashboards, OKRs / KPIs, and lightweight research workflows.

Willingness to travel (~20–30%).
